1. Who we are

2. Buying

Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. Its own terms apply to payment and tax: Lemon Squeezy terms. The price is shown on the pricing page. The price includes VAT and any other applicable taxes.

3. What you get

A license to use Captio under the license agreement, delivered as a license key by email.

4. Refunds

See the refund policy.

5. Using the website

Don't misuse the site or try to disrupt it. We try to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee either.

6. Liability

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from the use of this website, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights. Liability for the software itself is covered in the license agreement.

7. Governing law

Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Otherwise the competent courts of Croatia decide any dispute.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Changes don't affect purchases already made.
