Lost your license key?

It's in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy. If you can't find it, write to us from the email address you bought with and include your order number if you have it, and we'll look it up.

New computer?

One license can be active on 3 computers. To free an activation, open the About window in Captio on the old computer and choose Remove license from this PC. If you can't (for example the computer is gone), write to us and we'll free one for you.
